On this day, King Cobra starts the video by chugging a Coney Island Hard Root Beer and smoking his tobacco pipe. He then complains about how the tobacco and alcohol laws changed in Wyoming and his vices cost more. King Cobra also is upset how Wyoming cut many programs that help people and says that Wyoming would be much richer if they just legalize marijuana. He states that the taxes made from legalized marijuana would pay for these programs and also the taxpayers wouldn't have to pay for people sitting in jail.
