Kafta kabab Recipe - International Cuisines

Hi friends i came up with a simplest kafta recipe that taste amazing and it holds well as there is not much water in the mix. make sure to use beef or lamb that has 30% fat and massage the mixture really well.

Ingredients:
1 kilo beef mince
half a cup of chopped parsley
tablespoon of red capsicum
1 tsp Sumac
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp red chili flake
1 and half tsp Salt
