Unstoppable Habits | Episode 44

They explain how the brain functions and ways to change ingrained thought patterns. Here are Seven steps to reaching your goals.
1) Realize comfort is the enemy and discipline is a friend
2) Start creating new memories to replace old ones
3) Set priorities that are important and think about them often
4) Start with small goals to get to larger ones
5) Celebrate victories, even if they're small
6) Speak positivity and think about how good it feels to accomplish your desired outcomes
7) Identify distractions (e.g., stress, sickness, etc.) and as soon as possible, get back on track.
