When Woke Marxists set their sights on an organization, there's a predictable pattern for how they'll get in and take over. Proceeding in five steps, it looks like this. First, they demand access. Once in, they demand accommodation, which will be weaponized according to their ability to take offense at everything. Then they'll demand a seat at the table, which is to say access to power. That will quickly expand to demanding to control the table and setting the rules. From there, they'll demand to control the whole room (organization).
