Porngate: Jason Whitlock Goes ‘Balls Deep’ in ESPN, Temu Controversy | Ep 590
What started off as a rather innocuous tweet unleashed the first viral moment of the new year. When Whitlock logged on to ESPN’s website to view the latest NFL standings, the last thing he expected to see was a pornographic advertisement for China’s Amazon knockoff shopping site, Temu. The ad featured a racy birthday card inviting its recipient to go “balls deep” for their b-day. When Jason questioned why the raunchy banner was allowed on such a mainstream media site like ESPN, the haters took aim, claiming the “targeted” ad was proof that Whitlock spends his free time pursuing the internet to satisfy a sexual lust. Not quite. “They’ll smear me for the same reason they smeared Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, Glenn Beck, and anyone else in the media space who resists reprogramming. They want everyone to know the consequences of pursuing truth.” Whitlock kicks off the new year of “Fearless” with plenty of smoke.
