Dude drives off with cop clinging to the hood of the car!

Driver gets pulled over, gives police a free ride.

Apparently, the driver put a middle finger and recorded the dishub people (of course the driver did not show the middle finger in the video)

Thats why Dishub dude tried to stop the car and ask "why you are middle finger us and recording?"

Plus tried to run away by swerving left and right is not making you the good guy either.
