The presence of witchcraft in the music industry shouldn't surprise anyone. Performers and musicians have embraced 'the craft' for many years. Many of these artists who practice the craft credit their success in the music industry to dark forces that help them be creative and perform. For example, Robert Johnson, a blues musician and songwriter in the early 20th century claimed he sold his soul to the devil in exchange for his talent. This is a claim that was echoed by famous singer and songwriter, Bob Dylan. Many others have dedicated songs to the craft, created album art with occult symbology, and highlighted elements of the craft in their performances.  However, if you believe that the music industry is the only place where the craft is practiced you couldn't be more wrong. Witchcraft is all over the entertainment industry, but it is also in big business, academia, politics, and in many other areas of our lives. The craft is even in some of our churches.
