Rocky Mountain Decline.....What Is Happening To Colorado?

My thoughts on Colorado's decline from one of the best States in the West to a place people are now beginning to avoid. I love Colorado but it definitely is showing it's warts these days. Very glad I ended up in a different part of the country to set up my homestead.
