Matthew Berdyck harassed a reporter, Kim Burrows of NBC Reno. She and the station filed for restraining orders. This is the hearing held on November 8th, 2022 and he appeared via Zoom.

His own emails submitted in court contradict his statements, like when he says he does not live in Reno, but sent emails to the station that he lives in Reno.

The last few minutes of this hearing show how out of control Matthew Berdyck has become. I cannot believe he was not held in contempt of court.

I am working on a documentary called SOCIAL MEDIA MONSTER about a series of events in St. Joseph, Missouri that crossed paths with Matthew and this is just weird. I had to file for a Civil Stalking Protection Order against Matthew myself (Franklin County Ohio case no. 22CVH0602). It was granted against him this past August.
