Regarding (at 28:57) W H O Pandemic Plan. The enforcement measures will require police/military willing to violate our civil liberties. This will be achieved by allowing non-citizens in our police & military. It also explains why millions of fighting age men have been selected and 'brought in' to western countries.
Please talk about this. Our government has already openly talked about doing this and some places like California have already made it 'legal' to be policed by non-citizens. This is called, laying the groundwork. It's going to get really ugly...everywhere.
