"Sharing the Word" - 2nd Timothy Chapter 2

Peoples lives are only going to be changed by faith in God and Romans 10:17 tells us “…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Continuing in the “Stirred Up” series, Pastor Tim teaches a message from 2nd Timothy Chapter 2 entitled “Sharing the Word” that describes why it is so important for each of us to not only be constantly in God’s word but also to be sharing God’s word with the people in our lives. When we are stirred to share God’s word, we will… 1) keep the Word of God preeminent, 2) diligently study the Word yourself, 3) avoid worldly wisdom and stick to the Word of God, 4) strive towards personal holiness, and 5) have a pure and humble heart of true love for people.
