Testing Marie's Watercolours: The Best Budget Paints? (Under $10)

In this video, I test out "Marie's Water Colour" 18 tube set of watercolour paints. I bought them on Walmart's online storefront for only $8.50.

Spoiler Alert: I'm a fan of these paints. For the price, there's really nothing that can compare, and I think I would have to recommend it to anyone who wants to try watercolours and is on a tight budget.
