Where Have The Flags Gone? Naked Poles at Aussie Police Stations.

Many Australian Police Stations (and Court Houses) in rural and regional NSW and Queensland have recently been photographed without Australian flags hoisted, as has been custom, perhaps law, in Australia for as long as our collective memories serve. Where is this happening? Why is this happening? What questions does it raise about the jurisdiction and loyalty of Australia's Federal and State Police Force Leadership, Membership and the individual Stations (and Courts) involved?
