Does KY need a FT Legislature?

I answer a viewer question on government handouts to private businesses. Eric Deters files to run against Massie in the Republican primary, but is Deters actually eligible to be on the ballot? Matt Lockett has proposed a constitutional amendment to take away an end date for the legislative session. I’ll go over how this could change things, and the arguments for and against the change.
