This is reporter David Nazar and I interviewed former Republican California State Senator John Moorlach to ask him a simple question. Who is really running or in this case running California. I chose to interview a recently retired state official in the hopes of getting more honest answers. Especially since someone who is now out of office is not going to be worried about getting reelected again and can be more uncensored.
