Secret Ingredient Pancakes

How to make pancakes from scratch easy that are fluffy with a butter crunch on the outside so your syrup doesn't just soak through. Better than IHOP. Eat at home and save money. I try flipping them in the air............Here is the ingredient list:

1 1/2 cup flour
1 T sugar
2 T baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c milk or buttermilk
1 egg
3 T melted butter
