WI Assembly Reps Freak-Out When Asked

On January 9, 2024, the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held a public hearing on Assembly Bill 563: top-five primaries and instant runoff voting. A citizen/voter attended the meeting and ask why the money given to the elected officials campaigns was not spent on educating the voters of this bill?
