BEET STEAK

This meatless Monday dish was created by Chef James Montejano from Huntress Steakhouse in San Diego, CA. They are a contemporary steakhouse with an epic collection of Japanese whiskey. This vegan dish is a play on a steak but using a beet steak as a substitute.
