The DC Circuit Court heard arguments from the DOJ and Donald Trump’s lawyer on the issue of presidential immunity. Former Harvard law professor and Trump lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, joins Jenna to discuss the concept of presidential immunity, the Constitution, process, and the likely outcome from the DC panel of judges. Dershowitz also addresses the release of the Epstein Client List and allegations of his involvement.
