Tonight is our last chance to get Rep McCabe on record before going to Juneau.

It’s that time of year again in Alaska & things are about to get ugly in Juneau once again. The Second half of 33rd Legislative Session is coming & the MatSu Legislators want to hear what we want to see when they go there.

Let’s be completely transparent here…. They will pretend to listen to us and the fly off to Juneau to do whatever the Special Interests have told them to do. Just like they have done every year for “Decades!”

Alaska is Ranked Dead last in Education & at Triple the costs of rest of the nation , Healthcare is also Three Times the Cost, Definitely isn’t the place to Start a new Business. But don’t worry…. They plan to fix all of that by giving themselves new & improved Defined Benefits & Pension Program. You know…. The same one they use to have that nearly bankrupted our State & still paying off the billions still owed. Can’t forget education…. Increasing the BSA (Base Student Allocation), nearly Tripling the current formula.

Now ask yourselves how do they plan to pay for it all? Number One Answer is they take the rest of our PFD’s, make sure every child, woman & Man in Alaska makes sure the top 20% profiting from their legislation take it all the way to the bank. Just like Alaska Legislators are doing with the 67% pay raise they gave themselves. Then in two years when the POMV Draw (Our PFD’s) can’t cover the costs. They will begin taxing us all to pay the difference.

Income Tax, Higher Property Tax, Sales Tax…. I think you get the Idea.
