Punching A Cop After Shoplifting Totally Backfires

On March 29, 2022, officers were dispatched in reference to a shoplifting case. The officer stated in the incident report that "WHILE SHE WAS ON HER BACK SHE THREW AN UPPER PUNCH HITTING ME ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY MOUTH. SHE ALSO STATED, “F*CK YOU” AS SHE STRUCK ME IN THE FACE." The female was charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest, concealing identity and battery upon a peace officer.
