Welcome back to a new year and a new series with WholeHeartEd, the relationship education program where we give you the tools you need to build healthy relationships! , and if you’ve been following us for awhile, you already know that means it’s time for the 2023 media review where we will look at the top movies, podcasts, music and shows of the previous year, evaluate the messages they are propagating into the culture and determine whether or not those messages are healthy.
