Chinese national implicated in kidnap-for-ransom of POGO workers faces inquest

An inquest has been conducted for a Chinese national involved in a kidnap-for-ransom case, while suspects in the abduction of 6 Chinese nationals and 3 Filipinos are facing preliminary investigation at the Justice Department.
