Chicago's race baiting mayor

When the Texas governor decides he wants to send some thousands of illegal aliens to Chicago, the mayor of Chicago accuses Governor Abbott of being a racist because he's sending the illegal aliens to Democrat led cities that have POC as mayors.
Or maybe it's just because they declared themselves a Sanctuary City.
