Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD

Psalm 33; Isaiah 2; Matthew 10
The LORD God of Heaven blesses those that bless Him. Our coins may read, “In God we trust”, but do the American people trust in God? Sadly, people are turning away from the LORD Jesus Christ and trusting in themselves and trusting in experts and trusting in politicians and trusting in celebrities. This nation has been greatly blessed by God in the past and the fact that this nation still stands is because of God’s mercy upon us. And this nation can still return to God and believe on Him as the LORD of All, and that could still happen through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the Gospel that changes people’s hearts from stone to flesh and reconciles them with the LORD.
