Cloudflare account executive gets laid off

I am angry about the way Cloudflare handled this layoff. First of all, it was done by people this employee never met before. They initially tried to tell her that it was due to performance issues. She stopped them and pointed out that her reviews were good and never had any negative feedback. When she said she wanted an explanation, they didn't have one. My guess is they wanted to talk to their attorney so they could supply a canned bullshit excuse. I too have been laid off without explanation. It sucks.
