Know your strengths and your weaknesses---surround yourself with those whose light compliments your weaknesses.

It is good to know the things which you are strong at and the things that you are not good at. If you know the things that you have some degree of skill, you will know how much work you are able to do. When you know your weaknesses, you know the areas that you must devote more time and work. Get a tutor. Study in the areas that need more attention. Surround yourself with people who know more than you do in the areas that you are weak. You will need their strengths to assist you along your journey toward success. It only makes sense that if you don’t know how to do something that you need someone on your team who does.
