New Lab Created Virus causes 100% Fatality in Humanized Transgenic Mice

Chinese scientist cultured a virus from a Pangolin in cells in a lab, then infected mice with it and it killed all of the mice via brain infection. The mice that were infected were humanized, meaning using human cells that express human ACE receptors.

You think they are doing this to create a Bioweapon of mass destruction?
