Statutory Law:

Person
a. In general usage a person is considered a human being.
b. In statutory law a person can also be a firm, labor organization, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, and trustees (in both bankruptcy and receivers).
c. The natural person becomes a legal person when the individual is born.
Juridical Person
a. Internationally, legal personality is a prerequisite for an international organization to sign international treaties in its own name.
b. They become a personality when they are incorporated in accordance to law.
Interpretation of a person
a. The person is directly connected to free will, and is a description of human volition according to the individual's desire. Humans may want to do something, or, may not want to do something. May want or may not want a specific thing. These are all according to the their capacity of wanting to be different in their preferences and purposes.
b. Animals also display these desires, but, what separates them from humans is the ability of self evaluation.
c. This according to law is what defines a person, not because they are human, but because rights and duties are attributed to them. According to lawyers, this is what defines the natural person.
