The BAR TREATY of 1947

In the public interest this video is published it is the BAR TREATY of 1947. I could not find the confirmation of the ratification. If you do not know what is the IBA or formerly known as BAR, it is the institution which controls laws and courts as functioning in the Western world function. It is the intrest and duty of the IBA, the former BAR to have well informed citizins and to inform them. I help them with this video.
