JKD FRIDAY NIGHT GROUP LESSON # 1 PREVIEW # 4 THE HAMMER-FIST

In this lesson #1 preview #4 I'm demonstrating one of the JKD Tools known as the "HAMMER-FIST" which can be used against sidekicks hitting the ankle area, back of the head, nose, or to my favorite target the clavicle. . We meet only on Friday Nights for now, at 7p.m., beginning on FRIDAY, February 2nd, 2024, YEAR OF THE DRAGON!!!
