Camarones a la Diabla - The Devil's Shrimp!
I can't believe it took me this long to make this video. Seriously, this is one of my favorite meals. Spicy shrimp, what's not to love? The fact that it's actually pretty easy to make is just a bonus! Enjoy!
Camarones a la Diabla Recipe:
1 lb 24-26 shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 dried Guajillo Chile peppers
3 dried Chile de Arbor peppers
1 Chipotle pepper in adobe, plus some of the adobo sauce
2 Garlic Cloves, roasted and minced
1/4 of a White Onion, sliced lengthwise
2 Roma tomatoes, fire roasted or 1/2 of a 15oz can Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
Juice of half a lime
1 1/2 cups of Beef stock or water if you prefer
salt and pepper to taste
