GPS: Seeking solutions to stop crime

We have had a national day of prayer and the Prime Minister has released his 5-point plan to fight crime. And yet, in the space of hours, an additional three murders have taken place in the country, pushing the number of homicides for the year to 14. We are long overdue for real solutions to tackle this scourge of crime. We talk about it on today's GPS.
