Idiot Negligent Discharges Pistol in a Diner

I know this one could be considered mean, but the guy is okay.

A local idiot had a negligent discharge with his pistol while in a crowded diner, striking another patron. Thankfully, he is okay, but the moron nonchalantly picks up his pistol and walks out of the diner. Truly, someone who should be shamed for his idiocy and negligence.
