Stuffed Green Chilli Recipe I Have it with your Evening Tea
STUFFED CHILLI PAKODA
INGREDIENTS
Large Green Chillies – 6 or 8 (or as per your Requirement)
Chick Peas Flour ( Besan) – 1 Cup
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Water – for Mixing
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – For Deep Frying
For Stuffing :
Boiled Potatoes – 4 Large
Onion Chopped – 1 Large
Fresh Chopped Coriander – 1/3 Cup
Green Chillies – 2
Red Chillie Powder – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi(Fenugreek) - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Food Colour – ¼ tsp
Note –Spices you can take any of your Choice & you can increase the Quantity as per your Taste.
Pro Tips:
Adjust the spice levels by adding more or fewer green chillies.
Experiment with different stuffing variations like paneer or minced meat for a unique twist.
Pair with cooling yogurt or a mint chutney to balance if you made the stuffing spicy .
