EVIL BY DESIGN - PETER NYGARD - FIRST ASSAULT WAS REPORTED IN 1968

A woman reported being raped by Peter Nygard when, he was in his twenties in 1968, police took the report and charged Nygard.
The woman suddenly withdrew her complaint - It's believed that she may have been paid off by Nygard or threatened to withdraw her report.
