Biden Admits Strikes Against Yemen Aren’t Working w/ Kyle Anzalone

The U.S. has launched five rounds of strikes against Ansar Allah in Yemen over the last week, claiming that the goal is to stop the Houthis from targeting Israel-linked ships in the Red Sea.

But when Biden was asked about whether the strikes were working, he replied, “When you say ‘working,’ are they stopping the Houthis? No. Are they going to continue? Yes.”

Kyle Anzalone, Co-Host of Conflicts of Interest and Opinion Editor at AntiWar.com, noted that Biden’s comments sum up Washington’s foreign policy in the Middle East, where the U.S. is not wanted, no matter what Blinken says.
