How to Improve 10th edition Warhammer 40,000

By analysing the units and faction abilities of the Warhammer 40,000 armies we can predict the outcome of the 40k Balance Dataslate due at the end of January. What date will the balance dataslate be? I have predictions for that.
Remember that this is a Balance patch for Warhammer 40k as well as a rules dataslate. The drukhari should get a change to their army rule Power from Pain. Not every army will get a change now as the Codex Roadmap for 10th edition shows some armies getting changes very soon. But as usual I will be talking about the balance of the adepta sororitas - the sisters of battle and the genestealer cults especially. Then we will see what the changes to 10th edition 40k will be.
