Frank "Cannonball" Richards.

Before 1924, Richards joined the theatrical world of vaudeville, creating a number for himself that included hitting him in the solar plexus with a sledgehammer, ramming him and allowing him to jump on his stomach.

He also allowed champion boxer Jess Willard to punch him in the stomach to prove his strength.

Richards' most famous act involved a cannonball shot to the stomach weighing over a hundred pounds. He performed this number twice a day at the peak of his career.
