Retro Gaming Repair: Sega Dreamcast Vol 3: How to Check the GD-ROM Potentiometer Reading

This isn't really a repair video but it will help if you're having issues with the GD-ROM. In particular, you can use a multimeter to check the reading on the GD-ROM. I checked the potentiometer of the Sega Dreamcast that I repaired in my other Dreamcast Repair Video. This is a short one but has valuable information.
