The unscriptural statement made by Billy Graham

It pains me to have to post this video, but as Christians, we must examine it. Was Billy Graham suffering from the effects of Parkinson's disease or was he in a clear state of mind when he made that statement at the 6:00 minute mark? I feel it is important to watch the entire interview and not just the short clip that most people usually post. What he said, clearly does not agree with scripture, but my gut tells me that something is really off about this video and the narrative behind the way it is usually shared on social media.
