In this video I review A Chakra & Kundalini workbook by Dr John Mumford. This is hands down the best book about Kundalini out there. I have read a ton of the " best selling " books on Kundalini over the past 10 years, and this is still the best of the best. I highly suggest buying this book if you are interested in Kundalini energy and need a valid spiritual system on how to approach the energy. I give this book a 10/10.
