GP Referred Test 29th Nov 23

Done the tests and still waiting for the ultrasound now it is 18th Jan. The blood test apparently only has Vitamin D deficiency. The stool test H Pylori lol. The X-Ray test done privately not even my body and the one done with NHS can't have the scans need to submit forms and stuff but the written copy says it's all good.
