GP 9th Jan 24 Blood Test

The test results were apparently I only have a Vitamin D issue which is low. No mention of any other issue . I picked up the full blood test report which i would like to compare when i get proper professionals who have not been bought and involved in my poisoning to have a look at my condition and diagnose me properly.
