Millie Gibson, who played the Doctor's companion in season one of Doctor Who, is reportedly being replaced.

Gibson made her debut as Ruby Sunday, an orphan, on the BBC sci-fi show's Christmas Day special the special that wasn't that special. She starred alongside Ncuti Gatwa, the new Time Lord.

Gibson will appear as Ruby in the forthcoming 14th season as expected but she will not return for the 15th season since she has been written out.
This may save her acting career!.
