Chase Sexton and Cooper Webb get together in San Diego, was it Intentional?

While being lapped Chase Sexton clearly gets out of the way of his teamate Aaron Plessinger. However later that lap second place Coopper Webb and he came together giving Aaron a gap and ultimatly the lead. I look at the footage and break it down. Do you think it was on purpose?
