Grigori Rasputin & the Bioterrorism Plot to Release Plague Into the Streets of St. Petersburg

This video discusses the plot that involved the famed Russian occultist Gregori Rasputin to introduce plague infected rats into the streets of Petrograd (what is modern day St. Petersburg). It was discovered in a memoir by British Intellince Secret Service agent Dorian Blair called Russian Hazard: The Adventures of a British Secret Service Agent in Russia

In the plot, Gregori Rasputin coordinates a plan with German Intelligence, and it was revealed in declassified CIA documents of translation of Soviet documents that Blair was posing as a German agent, while he was also simultaneously working for Russian Intelligence, but his book also says that he was British Intelligence!
