Downtown Kalamazoo's 19th annual Chili Cookoff is returning next weekend.

The event will kick off on Saturday, January 27th, at 11 a.m. at the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Center for New Media. Participants will then go to participating businesses where they will taste and rate meals.
