China's economy is not 'collapsing'. It's transitioning.

Western media outlets have absurdly claimed China's economy is collapsing, due to a crisis in the real estate sector. But in reality, this is part of an intentional transition away from infrastructure, toward more investment in technological production. Ben Norton explains.
