What a beautiful day to go for a hike.

like anxiety

How about depression
Yeah that one tends to shout
Throw in a little self loathing
Little shame and doubt
And now we have ourselves a crowd.
I’d probably make you think of suicide
On the way down
Long before you ever hit the ground
Cause I know what you hit rock bottom
And the tears dry out
You’ll turn to God
and he’s always there to pull you out
Here’s one thing of which I’m convinced
Intrusive thoughts man
They don’t exist
No they are attacks by the enemy
It’s him throwing fist
that’s why you need God’s armor
Cause Satan doesn’t miss

I’ve never God’s eyes
But I seen the devils
He walks with man on Earth
At different levels
